  1. The domain name of the website "Merkava" and its associated trademarks are the exclusive property of Merkava organization.
  2. The creation, design, implementation, development, and source code of the Merkava website are the intellectual work and exclusive property of Alain Nahle (identified on social media as @nnahle).
  3. Alain Nahle retains all copyright and intellectual property rights over the design, structure, architecture, algorithms, and source code of the website, including but not limited to:
    • Graphic design and user interface
    • System structure and architecture
    • Developed source code and software components
    • Implemented business logic
    • Original technical solutions
  4. The Merkava organization has a license for the use of the website and its functionalities according to the terms agreed upon by the parties.
  5. Any modification, distribution, reproduction, or use of the source code and design elements outside the context of the Merkava website requires express written authorization from Alain Nahle.
