Subscription Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to Merkava’s service subscriptions, including payment methods, automatic renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing failures. Its purpose is to ensure transparency and clarity in our relationship with clients.

1. Scope and acceptance of this policy

This policy governs the terms related to the subscription plans offered by Merkava, which grant access to our professional services in web design, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital transformation.

By subscribing to any of our plans, the client explicitly accepts the terms of this document, which complement our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

 

2. Types of subscription

Merkava currently offers four service programs under the following billing structure:

  • Two programs are exclusively annual subscriptions: billed once at the beginning and valid for 12 months.
  • Two programs offer monthly or annual options:
    • Under the monthly plan, charges recur every 30 days.
    • Under the annual plan, one full payment covers the year.

Clients must choose their preferred plan during sign-up and may request changes under the conditions detailed in this policy.

 

3. Automatic renewal

  • Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed every 30 calendar days.
  • Annual subscriptions are renewed every 365 days.

Users will receive a reminder email at least 5 days before their annual renewal date. Charges will be made to the saved payment method.

 

4. Subscription cancellation

  • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • If cancellation occurs during an active billing cycle:
    • No future charges will be made.
    • No refunds will be issued for the current period (partial or full), in accordance with our no-refund policy.
  • If canceled before the renewal date, the upcoming charge will not be processed.

 

5. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for active or completed subscription periods. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, except in the case of a verified technical error or unauthorized charge, which will be reviewed individually.

 

6. Plan and payment method changes

  • Clients may change their plan or payment method from their account or by contacting support.
  • Switching from monthly to annual (or vice versa) will take effect after the current billing period ends.
  • Changes to payment details must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

 

7. Payment failures

If a payment fails due to card error, insufficient funds, or other issues:

  • The system will attempt to process the payment up to 3 times within a 7-day window.
  • If all attempts fail, access to services will be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.
  • After 15 days of non-payment, the account may be terminated due to inactivity.

 

8. Policy updates

Merkava reserves the right to update this subscription policy at any time. Clients will be notified by email, and continued use of the service after the update will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
